March Mash-Up

Here is a mash up of some random pictures from March. It was full of sweets, baseball and some beautiful weather.

Tuesday night field practices.

Owen played in San Antonio this month. We decided to just come home since it was early games. The weather was a little iffy, especially on Sunday morning. We had a lightening delay, and super windy, cold weather. It was too cold to take many pictures because we were huddled under all the blankets.

This kid looooves "Baggie." He randomly gets up and goes to pet her or love on her. He sits on her, pulls on her and messes with her all the time. She puts up with him and is the most patient pup.

Owen had seen some TikTok videos of people customizing shoes. So he decided he wanted to make some for me! He had originally planned on coming up with some crazy design and coloring them but after not being able to come up with the perfect design, he found another method to make me some cool kicks! I LOVE them! They came our perfect!

The games ended pretty late, so we grabbed a pizza and headed back to the room with Tatum for a quick bite and then to bed in our not so comfortable Comfort Inn hotel room.

Blaine got to see his retired buddy, Jeff White, who stopped by the station while he was in town.

Ducks!

 Taking the boys down to the lake for a run has always been really special to me. I have done it with each of the boys, sometimes two of them at a time! 

I havent taken Tripp that often, for multiple reasons, but I do manage to take him down there every now and then. This kid loves animals and I knew he would love the ducks and turtles, so that is how I enticed him as we ran the 5 mile loop....with the duck stop after mile 4! 

It did not disappoint, we had a great morning together!

Spring Break 2021

 Spring Break was sandwiched in between two baseball tournaments, Owen the first weekend in Round Rock and Cash the second in Cedar Park.  Unfortunately for Owen, the entire weekend had rain in the forecast and they barely got to play. So I was unable to get any pictures of him playing that weekend, only raining pics of us watching! Eli got to go to a super fun virtual reality party that Friday as well!

They had a not so great Saturday and a pretty great Sunday! They got to play three games on Sunday, and against their buddies on the Dawgs and snagged a picture with Townes after our loss to them.

The Monday of SB we headed to Port A with the Ladd's for our annual Spring Break trip. We had a really great time. The weather was a little iffy at times but we made the most of it and it didn't bother the kids one bit!
