30 weeks!

Here I am at 30 weeks! Now that it is getting colder it is becoming more obvious of the lack of clothes I have that I can fit into to.

I went to Dallas for my cousins Alana's Bat Mitzvah and lots of quality time with my parents, its was wonderful!!!

The most exciting part of the weekend was seeing my grandmother on the mechanical bull! I ran so fast to snap this picture, it was hilarious!

Slacker!

I am still trying to figure out this whole blog thing..Blaine even asked me what a blog was today! I am 30 weeks and 4 days today and I feel great! It has been forever since I have written anything! I will get better!
The feeling of kicks and movement inside my belly is amazing and Im pretty sure a big grim reaches from cheek to cheek everytime I feel him! Blaine and I talk about how excited we are to meet the little guy and see what he looks like, I am just so anxious to kiss him and tell him how much we love him!

Blaine finished painting the babys room, along with replacing the baseboards, installing a new fan, cleaning the carpet and putting up the blinds! Its looks to great!!!! Last weekend Blaine put together the crib and put in the furniture! For some reason, when buying all this furniture neither of us took into consideration the size of the room. Turns out its too cramped!!!! So its back to the store we go to return our changing table/dresser for a smaller one!

Its a Boy!

I am technologically challenged! I can use a computer just about as good as i can follow directions to get from point A to point B--my friends and family can vouch for that! But i have broken down and am making a blog for our baby-to-be.

I hope this will be a way for my family and friends who are far away to see our baby as he grows and a way for us to stay connected.

I am a few days shy of 23 weeks today and I made my first visit to the superstore of all baby superstores--Babies R Us and USA Babies. I made the trek with my mom and sister to see what it was all about--and to say the least, it was overwhelming! There is so much stuff out there, its impossible to know where to start.

Everytime i catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I just want to laugh. Its truly amazing to see your body change so drastically and quickly. Its still amazing to me that we have a little baby boy inside my belly. We found out three weeks ago that we were having a boy--but i always knew in my heart that it was a boy, i never wavered once. Now we are in full-force baby name brain-storming!
