Aside from baseball, we have really tried to lay low and social distance as best as we could. No restaurants or public places.....thankfully we have cousins and a few friends in our "Quarantine Bubble" to help mix things up a bit. But we have also done a whole lot of nothing...see pic below....
We celebrated Blaine's birthday July 6 with a few gifts and of course birthday cake for breakfast! It was a fun morning celebrating our wonderful Dad and husband!!! Thank goodness the boys have him to help raise them to be good men! I could not do it without him!
We have done lots of baking....
Maggie has loved having us home all day, every day.
We have been known to pick up some very unhealthy form of fast-food and all meet over at Ethan's house to play in his amazing backyard and hang out together.
These two looooove cuddling together. I can hardly handle it.
We cleaned out some bins in the garage and finally got rid of the styrophom heads Lauren, Brooke and I made in art class in high school. We wrote notes to each other on the bottom of them. Their time had come to an end, Blaine had been begging me to get rid of them for years, so I sent them one last pictures to say good-bye to the beloved heads!
Bubble baths...just to pass the time!
And a little bit of this and a little bit of that....
Blaine has been teaching Cash proper form for working out. We had just gotten some kettle bells that were light enough for the boys (and myself!) to use.
Owen's friend, Maddox, whom he met in SBLC last year moved to Colorado. With Covid, they have only been able to see each other one time since March, so we squeezed in one last afternoon together before he moved away.
Owens friends from his team were part of our little bubble, so he was able to hang out with them a lot when we were in the thick of it. We took them to City Park one day too!
Cash started training for his first kid pitch season with Tier 1 on the Silver Squadron...this was their first little huddle.
Outside, socially distanced birthday party at paint ball.
As much as we do our best to socially distance from my parents, and the kids are detained to the outdoors, my dad just can NOT resist a hug from this one when he runs up to him and yells "Hi Pop!!!!" I certainly cringed with anxiety but thankfully, all was well,
Cash and his buddy Tatum, on his new baseball team got to hang out on the lake with his dad.
Monday morning are the best around here...its GARBAGE DAY! We always make sure we get to see the truck when it comes by!
